This model is designed with a 40 lb capacity oil tank and includes (2) wire mess chrome baskets. Migali® uses the highest quality components, incorporating a Robert Shaw® brand thermostat for maintaining desired cooking temperatures of of up to 400°F /90,000 BTUs. Finally, the C-F40-LP is also eye catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, chrome accents and stainless steel adjustable legs.
