Features:

Two-in one design Be ready for just about anything with this compact appliance that combines the advantages of a countertop skillet and convenient, covered serving dish. Keep one on your countertop year round so you can sauté, fry, simmer, braise or stir-fry to your heart’s content. Perfect for preparing and serving a family meal or set the skillet on a buffet to keep food warm. Cool-touch handles make it easy to carry the skillet from the kitchen to your serving table.	Adjustable for your cooking needs Preheat the skillet to any temperature between the Warm setting (200 degrees F) and 400 degreesF. When frying, pour oil into the skillet and preheat. When the indicator light on the temperature control goes out, the cooking temperature has been reached, and food may be added. Heat may be increased or decreased, depending upon personal preference and the type or amount of food being prepared.	Easy to clean Save time and keep your cooktop or range clean by using this skillet. The Proctor-Silex Electric Skillet has an easy-clean nonstick surface. After the meal, the skillet dish and the lid go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup or you can hand-wash in hot soapy water. It is recommended that you only use wooden or plastic cooking utensils to prolong the life of the nonstick coating.	Versatile for many foods Not just for breakfast, an electric skillet can handle any meal. A glass lid allows you to see the food as it’s cooking without lifting the lid and letting heat escape.
